stare in the mirror&then start laughing for no reason. make sure nobody`s home so your family won`t think you`re retarded. i`m serious. laughter is the best medicine and when i wake up feeling really crappy, i start laughing at everything&it makes me feel 10x`s better than than how i felt the second i just woke up. makeup sure makes you feel better, but honestly, you wanna wear a mask on your face everyday ? just SMiLE, do your hair nicely, dress nicely, and you`ll feel good about yourself.

If your friends know that you have a self esteem problem they can usually help. They can give you compliments and comfort.

My friends write me notes in class. They say nice things about me or some of them have our random little jokes. I put them on my wall by my mirror so when I'm getting ready in the morning, I see it and remember that people love me. I also have pictures of me and my friends having fun around my room. That keeps me goin' too.
