Well you can't get him fired because you don't like him. I hated my basketball coach but without him we wouldn't have gotten far.

Just keep track of your teams stats, if your team is losing a lot of games or if there are other bad inconsistancies in your teams stats then you get it on paper and go to the director of athletics or the principal and say "Hey, look at this. We're not doing so hot. I think we need someone who can manage our team better"

But if the coach is hated because of personal reasons. Thats a stupid reason to have someone fired.

That's actually easy for what you need to do. Getting it done is hard.

Do all of the players feel this way? You need to speak with your athletic director. Get all the players on the team that agree with you and have a meeting with the athletic director. If it's the whole team this will make your point solid.

The athletic director at most schools are over all the sports programs. And therefore hiring or firing of coachs. Basically he's who your coach answers too.

If it were me, I would talk to the coach if all else fails. I'm the type of person who would straight up tell the coach he sucks. That's just me.

But if the meeting with the athletic director doesn't help. Have a meeting with the coach with parents of the kids there. Say what you have to say to the coach infront of everyone and then have the other players say what they have to say one by one. If intimidated have alot of parents there to hear this.

That will get the school's attention.

Well that kind of drama and a lack of success will get the coach fired. Afterall, losing tends to draw attention and a mutiny on the team is a bad sign.

it depends on how long the coach has been working at the school. If he has tenure ( for most school it is 3 years in the county) it is almost impossible to get him fired. But if he doesn't have tenure you should see a school administrator

Well just because you don't necessarily like or get along with someone doesn't mean they have to be fired.

...Unless he did something inapporiate, a similar thing happened to a kid at my school, when the person finally spoke up the teacher was fired.

Trust me on this one. Create a letter of complaints and get both players and parents to sign it. Then give it to your ATHLETIC DIRECTOR, who directly controls the job security of coaches.

Dudette, just make him get into a compromising situation! Then say he was like stalking you or get with some friends and tell everyone to say he harrasses them and is a molester. It'll work if you do it like that!

Start a petition to get him fired and get everyone who agrees with you to sign it. Then bring it to your principal/dean.
