i do not hate my people. i love them. some of you are talking about i am ashamed of them and i should want to know my background and all of that. that is not the point. the point is i do not find interest in black males mostly. i do not take one black man and paint the rest of the black male individuals. please stop telling me that i am not proud of my colour. i am mosy definitely proud and i do know some of my history. i know all about how they raped and beat our foreparents. i do know that. that's the past and i don't dwell in the past. i'm talking about today and the way some of the black males are being portrayed as bad people. and some of them are. please try to understand i know some of you do. but please try to understand that i am proud of my culture and my colour. i just do not find interest in black males. i know im black but that doesnt say that i habve to like black people. i do like black people. i don't find as much interest as i do in some white people.

Some white people are more into black people. There's nothing wrong with that. I think it's just residual stuff from segregation (i.e. "you should only be with your own kind"). So if you're really attracted to whites I really don't think it's a terribly big deal. What skin color you are doesn't matter when it comes to looking for a spouse. What matters is the guy's values, how he treats you, is he a real man, is he a man of God, etc. If he's a white guy with good virtues and values i say go for it.

Racism can go many ways and what you just described is people being racist against you because of who you are attracted to. Don't fret about it because people who are ignorant are not going to change. Take pride in who you are and be with who ever makes you happy. Life is to short to worry about what others think of you. As long as you know you are not a bad person then forget the rest. Good luck to you.

I totally understand what you are saying. I am white and I am NOT racist whatsoever, I just don't like how black males act... the violence... their pride.. willing to harm someone just to keep their pride. There are A LOT of white people who are like this as well I just had too many experience with colored folks. I don't know if this is irrelevant to your situation but don't feel bad I understand!

I understand completely. I'm a blonde, blue-eyed caucasian, and I find myself attracted to dark-haired, brown-eyed people. That's always been the case. I don't kow why! Maybe it has to do with being attracted to the "exotic," which means something other than or different to oneself. Whatever the case, there's nothing wrong with it.

Color of skin means nothing, its just a color. So go ahead, love white or black or yellow it doesn't matter, the most important thing is to love the one who deserve your feelings.

i myself see all people as the same but there are bad people in all races but love is only in the eyes of the holder and no matter your choice in life you should never have to explain to anyone why other then you love them
