They want 10000.00 down as collateral payment and will give me 10,000.00 in 24 hrs after they get my money. Payback is 4 yrs at 6.5%. Has anyone heard of Sync Lending?? Just want to know if it's a scam

It is probably a scam. At the very least, the actual interest rate is higher than 6.5% because you are not actually borrowing the full 10,000. I am assuming your 'collateral' should be1,000. You said 10000 (4 zeros = 10,000, the full amount of the loan).

No question about it!!!! That is definitely a scam and if you had $10,000.00 to send them for collateral why would you need a $10,000.00 loan in the first place?

Might I suggest you contact your local bank and ask them about Tandata. I have found many people offering loans through Tandata on the internet but unable to find any site for Tandata Loan Company.
