No, because money can only buy material things. I can't use money to get the things I really want.

Yeah, if I had more money, I could take my cat to the vet like a good cat owner should, but since I don't have more money I can't so I'm trying my best to be a good cat owner by trying to resolve the problem.
More money would make me and my family alot happier, we have having a lot of financial problems right now and it would make it alot easier to pay off the people we owe.

it would mean that I wouldn't have to leave home for three weeks at a time to bring home a paycheck
