Well I am not expert. But if I were to guess is would be the color, smoothness, and accents. Makeup for the lips and eyes, tend to accent those features. The color of the makeup looks glowing and sometimes can be much different then the natural look. Also small skin blemishes can be covered and "smoothed" over with makeup.
I personally think there are many women who look absolutely beautiful without makeup. I wish they would see that too!

I don't think they do, usually, but maybe you are used to seeing women who wear too much makeup/drastically change their appearance. For some reason a lot of women think that they need makeup to look good but really that is not true.

Women wear makeup to enhance their looks. Alot of women wear makeup because they think that it makes them look better.I do not wear makeup like I use to. Makeup can also cause a woman's face to break out with acne.

once you're good looking you look good without or with makeup, gender is irrelevant. while you're actually not nicely then some makeup is going a protracted thank you to cover the gruesome. it is too undesirable gruesome adult adult males do not positioned on it yet besides the shown fact that a excessive high quality long beard can circulate a protracted thank you to shelter that.

because we usually buy makeup colors that dont perfectly match our skintone so wen we take it off we look different and even sometimes we have discoloring in our face and we use makeup to cover it up and then when we take it off and we look different. waht would be the point of putting makeup on if it didnt change the way we look?

I am soooo sorry, but that answer is obvious...or is it just me? Think a/b it this way: You have a drawing (just pencil and paper) then you add paint...why does the picture look different? B/c you added paint, same principle! It's okay, at least you didn't say why do women look ugly w/ out make-up...that would have been bad!

Make-up is a form of painting. Painting on a face.
A very skilled person can transform their face to a point where they will look extremely different with or with out make-up.
Personally, I perfer women who don't wear a lot of mark-up. Because you never know what you're getting until they removed it.
I once went with a girl who looked extemely different with out make-up. I couldn't believe it. With it on she was hot. with out.. omg.. i would never have given her a second look.

Because so many woman rely on make up to make them beautiful instead of relying on the beauty inside. Plus you get so used to them with it they look weird with out it.

because we put on cover up to hide blemishes and sun spots and uneven skin colors. When we take just that off you will see every thing we are hiding and so there you go
