i got a nextel i880 and i bought the nextel usb today and i donloaded the software and i downloaded a cropping program for music so my ringtones can just be the chorusses but everytime i put it on the nextel program it doesn't show up pleasa help

I'm assuming you are working with Webjal, am I correct? If you are, you have to convert the songs to .wav format. The best tutorial I've found and where I myself have downloaded the program, necessary patches, docking programs, etc. is www.harrythompson.com. He's briliant, breaks everything down step by step. Most nextel phones are crap and have speakers that are just the worst speakers, so with my phone when I had it, I had mp3 capability but they sounded horrible because the phone couldn't support the music so I prefered .wav. Go to a website that has ringtones. Pick a ringtone then buy it, it will ask you for your phone number so when you give them your number. It will take a few min. then it will download onto your phone.
