I know Woodstock was one of the greatest moments in rock history, but, I have been watching the Rock and Roll Circus DVD and it was fantastic....I would have loved to have been there.

No brainer, definitely Woodstock!

I haven't seen Rock and Roll Circus and have been meaning to.

I read that Jagger prevented its original release because Brian Jones was not at his best.

Woodstock on the other hand was a cultural watershed in the United States and the movie is one of my all time favorites.

Hendrix was on fire, Cocker was at his best and the Airplane sounded good too. Too bad the Dead footage was lost.

Mr. and I were talking and since we do not know what a Rock and Roll Circus is we both say Woodstock. Mr. had a offer to go and a way to get there but did not lol!
I grew up the the Grateful Dead showing up in our town every year, never went just listened lol!

Mr. is saying he thinks this circus was when Jagger hired the Hells Angels as body guards and someone got killed or so rumor had it. He could have it mixed up with something else though? Did not know they made a DVD of it....My Mr. is a long time rock and roller ....

Woodstock 69. I wanted to go but dad wouldn't let as I was a little young at the time. Long live rock n' roll.

I still would liked to have been at Woodstock because I really like that music but that would mean I would be about 15+ years older than I am now. That may not be so good.
