You can't change a person's sex. You can mutilate them with plastic surgery, but a man is still a man, and a woman is still a woman, even though their appearance is altered.
If a plastic surgeon gave you large floppy ears, and extended your nose by twelve inches, you still wouldn't be an elephant.

Well, we see people (extremely wealthy ones in particular) go to extremes over their pets, so I suppose such operations are possible.
