I see alot off this in A/E where i work,we always give an x-ray to make sure theres no fracture injury, the outcome is normally a v ery bad sprain or strain, with these injuries you dont always have bruising and can have full mobility too.You need to keep the arm elevated higher then your heart, apply a cold compress but not directly on the skin, rest as much as you canif not the swelling will take all lot longer to go down, and check always for the circulation making sure your fingers are not going blue and not tingily.Well good Luck and i hope you feel better soon.

you didnt say if you were in any pain at all, but generally swelling means you could have torn a muscle or ligament, but you have full mobility... not sure what do do with this one.
Always remember, R.I.C.E
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation
that should help the swelling go down
Hope that helps!

put a band aid ace wrap on it and keep it cold to keep down the swelling and the pain, go easy for a while until you are sure that theres no more serious damage that is not visible

you have probably banged them or had low circulation there.
Go to the docs if it does not go down within a day
