MOst proxy servers that I have found won't let you view Youtube's videos because javascript is not enabled. I haven't found a single fast proxy server that lets you do this!

If your trying to get onto school try this
1) https://www.youtube.com
if that doesnt work go to
www.dnsstuff.com
and type in youtube.com in any of the fields and an ip should come back to you

type that into the address bar there is more then one try them all. Most proxy sites wont play the videos
