Yes, of course they are. That sounds like an outstanding party favor and it would go really well, depending on who you invited to your party. Make sure that the CD's are a complete mix of genres, if everyone likes different music, but if everyone likes the same music genre, use that for the CDs. You might also want to make sure that all of the makeup colors are neutral or classic, such as a light pink lip gloss, regular lip balm, and dark brown eyeliner are some suggestions for old classic give-a-way makeup. Oh, I love this question. It gives me good ideas for my een sister! That's a great idea. Now-a-days the big thing for celebrities is those goody bags. So going to Walmart or something and going to the sample section and getting bath stuff and chapsicks and maybe some candy would be a great idea!!

I'm a teen, and I love getting goody bags, but nobody gives them out anymore :( so i think it would be an awesome idea!

Really, darling, it depends on the CDs. M.I.A., for instance, would be a lovely option, but Paris Hilton can't sing. That is not hot. Makeup is a nice thought. Just as long as it's not for acne or something, that's kind of an insult.

o honey, goodie bag is good for any party. celebs even use them to put some good ol' kate spade and some coach in. But u can juct get some gloss and shadow and some choclate from Godiva

It depends on whether you mean young teens (13-16) or older teens (17-19). Young teens would probably get a bigger kick out of it, but hey, everyone likes to get stuff.

dont listen to shay and everyone else who dissed ya... i think its such a sweet idea! ofcourse the girl (or boy?) you are giving this to will love it, especially coz of your effort =) but i have to say that it does depend on the CDs choose some that she'd like, ask her friends if you aren't sure, go for the latest singles.. that sorta thing. and make-up can never go wrong with girls! i'm tellin' ya... any girl will love it. good luck hehe =) x
