It was in the Sailor Moon R season (2nd season) of Sailor Moon that they learn about rini (chibi-usa in the original version) is their daughter from the future. Believe she reveals it around episode 64 of the season.

I don't quite remember the episode title off the top of my head (it's been a long time since I saw Sailor Moon R in English) but I do remember it was towards the very beginning of the Crystal Tokyo part.

when I watched sailor moon, I didn't even know what a season was. sorry i couldn't help.
however, it was probably when she showed up. you could most likely go to an anime website for the show and find a timeline or something. i remember they used to have those.
