Try the English section of www.elta.gr.
It is the site of the Greek Post Services and you will get all the information you need. After you choose English, you choose Search, then Postal Codes, then Cities A' Zone. Choose City "Thessaloniki" and enter the exact address you are looking after.
The general Post Office Code for Thessaloniki is 540 00 to 549 00 but you should better look for the address you need in the site.

Good luck!

There are several zip codes for Athens. You have to lookup the code by street name at the Greek Post Office site. The first person gave you the link. If it doesn't work, make sure that you remove the periods at the end of that link. It should read: english.elta.gr/index.asp

You need to be more specific to locate a zip code. You should be able to find it on line by doing a search and naming a specific adress. Your question covers too large an area. Type in 'Greece zip codes'.
