Consider this: He was a celibate... who went on a tear with chicks once in a while in order to, as he put it, "test his celibacy."

So he probably never ate meat... except for that occasional late night crave stop at White Castle for a sack of sliders to "test his vegetarianism."

No, he didn't. You can read all about his reasons and his diet, and his beliefs that vegetarian diets could fully nourish the body. Just google Mahatma Ghandi vegetarian, and you'll pull up thousands of sites.
