I hooked up the usb cord to my phone and downloaded nokia pc suite but every time I click on store pictures it keeps on transferring my wallpapers not my pictures are videos.

If you have windows, click on start and go to My Computer. There should be an icon that is your phone. Click on that and open the folder that the pictures are in move all the icons for the pictures for that you want. And the save them in My Pictures. If you have a Mac.........

just hook up the usb and then it will pop up something to open that pictures then save one by one ....
that's how i do it
