No it's not raining. It didn't rain for the day either. In fact where I live, its January and it hasn't even had a big snow storm yet!! Usually there is about at least 2 or 3 feet of snow on the ground right now. It's really weird this year!! By the way, I live in Massachusetts, USA. =]
