well im moving from new york to south carolina in a few weeks and i have my junior license, am i allowed to drive my car down without an adult in the car?

you can't drive in ny between 9pm and 5am.

The rules don't change just because you're moving. No, you still have to have an adult over age 25 in the vehicle to drive.
