I can give a few links that offer free virus and spyware removers...!You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at

It would help to know what service. If it's Comcast, go to comcast.net and log in (if you don't know your login, it's on your Comcast installation sheet or you can call them). Once there you should see a link to free McAfee. You'll have to fill out a form at McAfee's site and then they will send a download link and instructions to your Comcast email.
