I would have to say for me out of one. Seems like I do the same things everyday even though I don't won't too and many times have more important things to do. I can't seem to get out of it. One day runs into another....It's non stop.

Into one. The world is full of distractions that interfere with a person trying to establish a routine which makes it very difficult to do. Getting out of a routine is not hard at all because of the same distractions.

It is harder to establish a routine, I think. I can break a routine in a day, usually.

I'm not sure yet, I'll have to get back to you on that ;)

(I'm in the process of doing both......)

*Edit: Getting out of the routine I've been in is harder than getting back into my real routine, the one that is really me, because I have let that routine go for so long that I now have many things to incorporate into it to make my real routine fit into the life I now have.

Good question!
I think harder to get out of one. . .
As we have already become accustom to that routine, so breaking that habit would be harder than starting something new. . .

We're born to try new things!
: )

It is harder to get started in a routine than to get out of it. at least for me!!! (fitness consultant/ exercise nut kinda not really a nut, just like to take long wals, and work out on my machines.)
It seems hard to get started and stay in the routine than to just skip a day and that is a big mistake............

Harder to get out of one. We are creatures of habit, we fall into routines effortlessly.
