I wonder if there is a way u can make ur boobs bigger. can you please tell me some exercises that u can use for them. mi boobs r so small that i dont even need to wear a bra and i dont even own any at all....i am 17 yrs old, i do not want to get pills or anything, its not that i want them just to appear bigger, i want them to BE bigger, what r some exercises?

breasts are composed of fat cells....if you work out your chest, you will grow bigger pectoral muscles, not breasts. As far as I know, augmentation is the only way to enlarge breast size.

You're still pretty young..they might come a little later:) If they don't run in your family or you are really thin, you might not ever have bigguns':) I don't either, but they have gotten a little bigger since I've gotten older. Try a good water bra or thick push~up bra. (You can get a Great one at Wal-Mart for about $9.00 made by Loveable.."Model # L132" LOL....it's an underwire and hooks in front, but makes you look about 2 sizes bigger!) I think we might be kinda' lucky...a couple of my friends have very large ones, and they have SO many problems with back & shoulder pain, and finding cute clothes that fit. Let's just be happy with what we have:) We'll be the ones that stand out before too long, since all you see around anymore is all the Big Fake Looking ones!LOL Personally, I don't want something that everybody else has, and we could too if we wanted to spend the $$$$:)

You're only 17. Your breasts have probably not stopped growing. It is possible they will continue to grow. I am 17 and I had small breasts, but then I went on birth control and grew a cup size. If you don't want to go on birth control (which shouldn't be used for breast enlargement, as it may cause stretch marks on the breasts and it does for many women) then really the only thing left to do is wait. Eating healthy may help.

honestly from a guys point of view... my girlfriend has small breast and she always has but i love them just the way they are i know where they are now and i know where they will be when she is 60 lol get my drift you dont need to have bigger breast to attract the right guy because if thats what he is looking for in a girl then hes not Mr Right, hes Mr. Right Now

from what i hear there is a hormone in milk that makes them bigger - i'm not really sure if it works or not. I don't think it's magic though i think it may only work earlier ... but you could try
