Unless you are an experienced computer user with good knowledge of the Registry it is not advisable to do manual removals of malware.

This Malware program you have is a hompage hijacker and is installed by a Smitfraud Trojan. Normal Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware programs cannot remove Smitfrauds, but there are specialized programs that can remove them. Here are two site that have the specialized programs. After you remove the Smitfraud, run the ewido program to make sure there are no other Trojans on your computer. On the left side of the ewido page is a link for an Online scan you can use instead of downloading the program.
