It's 2 or 3 years old and has babies. its not aggersive and I want to own her what do I need to do to keep her

i raise pitbulls i have 4 litters on the way now if it were me i'd move from there to a state that hasnt banned the breed so far in al there not banned but if this does happen here i've already made up my mind to move i refuse to get rid of any of my pits i own 12 and i've never had a problem with this breed i'm very much against the pitbull ban i think if theyre going to ban the pit they should ban all dogs!!!!!!! cause it aint the dogs fault it the owners that dont know how to care for this breed and the pit fighters that are causeing this problem good luck with your pit and dont take it to no shelter cause they'll kill it for being a pit

I believe it's illegal to own pitbulls in Miami Dade County. I'd check with the local Animal Control office.

They're right, and how could you even hide the dog...what if she needed medical treatment, couldn't even take her to a vet? I wouldn't risk it, the chance of them finding out are huge. I think the fine is at least $500, the dog would be confiscated and likely destroyed....since they can't adopt them out.

you cannot have pit bulls at all in miami . they are banned and you will have to rid of the dog . case closed . you need to reconsider your move. good luck .

they are illegal in dade county if someone notices you they can have you dog taken away
