I am really only bald on the top, but they put brown because I have side and back of head hair and it's short but brown. Or maybe they have two pics on thier license and the local DMV makes the completely bald guys drop thier pants for the second one. I dunno.

Oh humorous, thank you for the snicker! i can't wait to verify the solutions. in line with risk they positioned None or N/A for non-proper. or in line with risk they ask what coloration did it was? i wish you get a bald person that solutions this one for us :)

Usually they will ask what his hair color "was", or make a judgment based off of the color of his eyebrows.
