They use a machine in skiing counries and others. The machine is normally a lorry with what is like a huge vacuum cleaner. It sucks the snow up and blows it out of the top with a big fan in any direction they want. It can be used to clear off the road, then blow the snow onto where they might need it to ski on. They are used in airports to get the snow off the runways, on major roads (where they would probably just blow the snow into the fields.Used a lot in ski resorts to get snow from where they don't need it, on to the slopes where they do need it.
