1. Make sure the contact is well-rinsed and moist. Make sure your hands are dry. (If your finger holding the contact is wet, the contact will stick to it.)
2. If you're right-handed put your right contact on the middle finger of your right hand.
3. To put the contact in your eye, it's quickest if you actually look at the contact (not at the mirror).
4. Do your right eye first (if that's generally the easier one to do) and then do the other.
5. Don't stress. If you're having trouble and just can't seem to make it work, put the contacts back in their case and try again in half and hour.
You'll get the hang of it, then it will be easy! :o)

as you put the contact in your eye, look up or to the side, so that the contact sort of moves with the eye, then blink a few times. HOpe that helps..
Note: this only works for soft contacts...not sure about other kinds.

try putting the contact in the tip of your right index finger. Use your left index and middle finger or the thumb to hold the upper and lower lid of your eye and put the contact in slowly without closing your eyes or until the contact is completely attached then close your eyes slowly. it's only hard in the beginning but you will get use to it.

hold your eye open with one hand then with the other put your contact in from bottom to top so there are no air bubbles.
