Theres a few things you can do i guess.
You can get a boy to come up and dance with you, or you can get him to ask you if you see attractive. If ive spotted a guy i want to dance with, i'll grab a couple girl friends and start dancing with them. Occasionally look over at the guy, so he thinks you might be interested. He'll most likely be turned on when he sees some girls grinding on each other. Break free from your friends a bit, and dance in a spot where he could easily come up behind you. If you do this right, and get his attention, im sure he'll come over and dance with you. Just make sure he knows that he is the one you've been looking at, and try to make yourself look hot.
Or, you could always ask. Theres probably like a 90 precent chance he'll say yes. Ive never had a guy said no to a dance. But dont make it so obvious or anything. Be dancing with your friends near him. Make sure he sees you; make eye contact. Then get right next to him, and just be like, "Hey, want to dance with me?" He'll say yes.

Offer him a ticket.
I did this once to get someone to go to a concert with me. I bought two tickets, then told him I had an extra one if he want to go with me. He wanted to go anyway, but I wasn't sure of that at the time.
