pi/2 is a 90-degree angle. 11 pi/2 is eleven 90 degree angles, or two whole turns and 3/4 of a turn. So, the answer is the same as sin(270 degrees) = -1.

The sine curve repeats every 2 pie. Hence 11 pie/2 is the same as pie/2.
Thus sin(pie/2) = +1

sine 11 pie/2?
sin pi/2 = 1
You need to take out 10 pi as that is 5 complete revolutions. That leaves just 1*pi/2 which is 90 degrees.
sin 90 degrees = 1.

considering that sin(a hundred and eighty - x) = sin x, sin one hundred and five = sin seventy 5. Now we might like the right value, so enable's write sin seventy 5 = sin(40 5+30) = sin 40 5 cos 30 + cos 40 5 sin 30 Now sin 40 5 = cos 40 5 = ?2/2 So sin75 = ?2/2( ?3/2 + a million/2) = (?6 + ?2)/4.

11 pi/2 is eleven 90 degree angles,
while (pi/2) = 90 degree
while pi =180 degree
11 pi/2 = 990 degree doesn't sound good subtract 360 degree time by time till u get a familiar one
990 - 360 = 630
630 - 360 = 270 now its familiar . do the math
sine (270)= -1 hope that helps
now where is my 10 points

sin(11pi/2)
= sin(6pi - pi/2)
This is the same as sin(-pi/2), because 6pi
is exactly 3 times around the unit circle.
= -1

Find exact value of sin(11π/2)
sin(11π/2) = sin(12π/2 - π/2)
= sin(6π - π/2)
= sin(3*2π - π/2) (ie 3 revolutions - π/2)
= sin(-π/2)
= -sin(π/2) ( since sin(-a) = - sina)
= -1
