Not sure what you mean by "infront of my wireless router". If it is truly a wireless router, and not an access point, get a crossover cable (Radio Shack will have) to plug your wireless router into any available port on your wired one. More likely though is that you have a wireless access point, which is not a router and for that you can use a regular ethernet cable. Hook everything up and run a wireless discovery wizard (which should be on a CD or downloadable on the company website) for a very basic connection. I would definitely recommend you set up some sort of security once you know it's all working.

xBoxes are stressed really? = xBoxes to stressed router (port a million-4). - stressed router internet port to on the spot router (port a million-4) on the spot router internet port to broadband modem. - do not replace ANY SETTINGS on the LINKSYS on the spot ROUTER.

1st thing to do is call your ISP and have them walk you through their hook up to be sure it is compatable, settings wise, with the linksys router system...then if it still isn't getting signal out they will connect you to linksys for further assistance...

Hooking these up isn't as easy as they would like you to believe, every one I have done has been different from the last, no matter what.
