Im on the birth control pill "YAZ". I am wanting to skip my period for this month. Can I start my next pack of pills where I would normally start my white pills, in order to avoid my period? Can I do this with the Yaz pill?

Im on the YAZ 28's. With 4 white sugar pills after my 24 hormone pills. Does this make any difference then the packs with the week of sugar pills. Can i still start the next pack and continue the hormones rather then take the 4 sugar pills?

Yes, the reason your period comes is because you stop taking the hormones, If you continue to take the pill and not take the white ones you will not get your period.

if you are on the 21 day pill, keep taking it and you won't get your period. If you are on the pill with the last week being sugar pills, skip those and start your pack again. You will miss your period but remember to use a back up birth control, like a condom - for sure. When playing around with your pills always be extra careful, if you aren't already. Not something you want to do all the time. Good luck!

you won't be in a position to do it consistently (i think of you start to get breakthrough bleeding besides in case you bypass 2 or 3 "classes") yet each and every each and every now and then it is okay. i did no longer hear approximately taking the subsequent %. backwards, i presumed you merely skipped the placebos and went as common. in case you want to consistently try this you're able to need to ask for a pill like Seasonale or Lybrel the place you have fewer classes.

yup - i do it if i need to...and i takke the same brand...just skip the wek of sugar pills...just don't do it often - not a good "thing" for your body all the time...but my doctor said once in a while it's ok (vacation, special event, etc.)
