Should i buy Nike Free?

Should the Nike 5.0 or 7.0

5.0 is more flexible, but 7.0 will not tear as easily.

i have a pair and got Achilles problems from them then after i healed my feet were fine with them.when you first get them take it easy and don't exercise a lot in them until your heels get used to the little support.
