No I wouldn't because it's a loser all round - firstly, because it sounds like he is using you for his own convenience, second because trying to make his ex jealous by kissing anoyther woman won't work - from what I have seen of mates doing that it's nver been successful.
Also you have only just met him so don't know anything about him so ask yourself why is he asking a stranger this type of favour and why is he offering you $20?
A definite no would be best.

tempting but that most likely won't work. The ex gf will think you've moved on or want to get her attention by doing something immature by asking a stranger to kiss you.Gotta say no wouldn't kiss a guy to make ex gf jealous they're your ex for a reason.

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm......I'm not so sure...... I probably would not kiss a guy that I just met............to get his ex jealous, not even if he gave me all the money in the world........it would be awfully strange.........

Tell him to grow up. Mature relationships don't work by trying to manipulate others into being jealous.
Very very childish behavior on his part, ,,will be on yours too if you take him up on it.
