If you're talking about emails, then no. However, I've clicked on ads on websites before, then registered for a free sample of various things - shampoo, shaving oil, CDs and received all of them. And so far I haven't been inundated with emails from the companies trying to sell me other stuff.

i haven't even clicked on them. they contain spyware.
