My g/f is 13 weeks along. We got in a huge fight last night and this morning she woke up with a bad stomach ache, and bleeding. She also has been having some back pain.

It might be a miscarriage, but at the beginning of the pregnancy blood patches can occur, without resulting a miscarriage. I would take her to her ob/gyn to check her and the baby out.
If she is in a terrible pain and/or running temp, go to ER immediately, to avoid any life treathning conditions. But If she is having a miscarriage unfortunatelly there is not much that the doctors could do to make it stop.

I'm afraid so...those are all the symptoms of miscarriage. You should take her to an ER to be tested to see if she is for sure...but it pretty much sounds like a miscarriage. Why the hell were you fistfighting a preggo in the first place?

And you come to Yahoo! instead of a hospital....I think a hospital would be a better place, don't you, after all, that's where the doctors and the ultrasound machines are that you need.

Go to the hospital NOW!

it does sound bad take her to hospital get her checked out .sometimes these things happen even if you did;t have a row .remember women had babies in concentration camps and were beaten and raped.so don;t be hard on yourself.good luck

Stress that early in a pregnancy is not good.

I would feel soooooo bad for her in this situation.
You need to be with her and comfort her NOW!
