I haven't had this problem happen with songs i have downloaded, put it has happened with song that I have uploaded form CD's.. When I have problems playing a song on iTunes it's usually that it can't play it.. So it asks to locate the song and then when i find it and open it it works fine. Or if it is already saved to your hard drive you could delete off of itunes (which shouldn't delete it off of your computer) then go to where it is on your computer and upload it again. I hope this helps.
