It's probobly just somebody who has nothing better to do than annoy people.
But, It could be some pople making fun of some real life vain person.
Like this... If a group of friends really hates the chick in that pic, if it's not really prettygirl (the girl in the pic) and it's somebody else, they could be pretending to be that chick's online personality. KINDA like Edna.
