hey guys.. i am an ex gymnast who reached level 6 just before quitting i was just about into level 7. it has been nearly 4 years since i quit. would it be possible for me to go back? or should i just go back and do tumbling?

I'm also an ex gymnast who reach level 7 id say go for it . how old are you thought???? you may just enjoy the tumberling. the other things is it cant heart to give it a go and if its not what your after then you can always go to tumberling then. good luck id love to do the same thing I'm to old now my gymnastics theses days consists of back flips and summys on the kids trampoline :(
also just remember injuries be careful .

If you work hard enough, you can do anything you want to do. (except some things) (being a gymnast is one of those con do things)
