Probably the smallest size, but it alldepends on how well it fits. If you should only fit into the tiny ones, then change the tampon more frequently. Putting tampons in for the first time can be very stressful, so start out small and work your way up. Good luck.

I'd try super or the next one up....which is like extra super depending on the brand. Or get a multi pack....that way you can try them all....I'd use a pantyliner the first few times until you get knowing when you change the tampon etc.
stay away from tampax...they suck.
if you like applicators, than playtex is good I use the sport ones and they're great!! if you don't want an applicator OB's are great! I used those ones until I found these sport ones!

when i started i used lite and now i am on regular. but start out lite just to get used to it and wear a pad with it just incase. then gradully increase

it depends on your flow... if your flow is slow, use regular, then if it gets heavy, use super... etc. Also....never use a super if you are not bleeding heavy.
