The same thing happens to me when I get out of the hot tub, even in the summer. I used to never get cold, I was always burning up. But when I got pregnant and after I had my daughter I freeze a lot, especially when I first get up in the morning.
Anyway, go get under a nice warm snugly blanket, get in front of a fire place or heater, or go over to one of these guy's house, I'm sure that they will warm you up like they are saying.

It's because it's not as hot as the water. If you want to be hot when you get out, bath in cold water. If you want to be cold, bath is hot.
I'm sure you have clothes on!

Wrap a towel around your head like a turban, and put some nice warm socks and slippers on. Have some nice hot chocolate.
You'll warm up in no time.

drink wine. I find that since I started drinking wine I don't feel that cold anymore in winter with less heater.
