Yes, Yes, Yes!

It is incredibly inefficient to do, but I think the pay off of FRESH air is well worth the heating expense. Air gets stale. Fresh air is also healthy. My mother taught me that. She aired the house quite a lot.

If we ever stayed home from school sick, she would come in our bedroom about 2pm in January and with a mighty thrust, throw open the widows claiming the fresh air was good for germs. It was a real wake up from lazy slumber, let me tell you!

The office where I work is all recirculated air. It's awful. Just like working in an airplane. The windows can not be opened. I don't think it's healthy or enjoyable. I hate corporate stale air.

No, I pay way too much for heat to do that!
But I do love going outside to get some fresh air

Every day! I also fight with the person who turns the thermostat above 70!
Windows that will not open (like one house we lived in where the idiot owners painted the windows shut!) make me claustrophobic. MUST have air.

all the time, i get cabin fever without fresh air, sometimes i crack the windows at night to get it all cold in the house and cuddle up with my bf under a ton of blankets

Yep, I hate stuffy rooms. A nice crisp breeze for a while is good for your heart. Or soul. Or skin. I don't know what it's good for, really, but I like it anyway.
