If you are lucky enough to go to Florida, every Disney Theme Park has an audition studio and you apply in person, but I don't think you choose which character you are, I think you have to be willing to do any.
If you can't apply in person the Disney website has a vacancies section
Good luck, it is such hard work and certainly not as glamorous as it first appears, sometimes hot costumes working in both humidity and pouring rain - the Disney show goes on, the endless questions and always, but always having to smile.
Still if that is what you want to do I wish you every success
For me? I am happy standing in the shade, or under an umbrella waving like mad as Micky and pals go past, then head off for a cuppa!!!

You must audition with Disney Casting. You have to visit their casting office in California or for Disney World in Lake Buena Vista. Visit the Disney Careers Website to learn how at:

The Disney Look has nothing to do with it if you want to be a princess, That is strictly for cast members who work as a merchandise hostess or in transportation, etc...
If you want to be a character, you won't want to sign up with the college program, as those roles only cover retail, restraunts, ride operations, hospitality, lifeguarding and transportation. Casting is entirely seperate and not possible through the college program - although it is a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it if your audition does not work out. That is very hard to do. You need to have loads of acting experience, singing live experience. You know all the singers for the disney princesses voices are all broadway stars. They just didn't show up at an audition and get it. Plus your voice needs to it the princess.

If you are staying at a Disney Hotel you can pre book a
themed dinner , its probably best to book before you
go , on line or phone , there are loads of Disney dresses
to pick from when you get there , enjoy.
