We are having an El Nino year, why arent we hearing about it? because they want us all to be scared about global warming. It is impossible to determine at this point if El Nino and global warming is related, however, there is speculation.

No it's not global warming. Global warming means that average global temperatures now are about 1 degree above what they were 100 years ago. Sometimes it just gets warm in the winter.

Also, the East Coast of the US is not the center of the world. Other places aren't having abnormally warm temperatures. The high temperature today where I am was only about 10 degrees F above average, which is mild, but not 'hot'.

Yeah, I live in Maryland and it's about 70 degrees. I believe global warming is just a form of scaring American citizens. The reason its so hot is because of the 'El Nino' or maybe Im just ignorant and global warming is real.

This is abnormal and could be because of global warming. The jet stream is also farther north this year and therefore so are the colder temps.
