No I think it will spark more hatred & cause this country to be much less safe.War only creates death for everyone involved,& when it ends everyone still hates everyone, except now loved ones are dead,& for what.Because two greedy assholes at the top can't agree we all have to suffer. You never see any of there loved fighting.

The thing that will make America safer will be to ensure that American school kids get a much better education about other cultures and other countries.I am also concerned about the age
of the soldiers that we in Australia see on the news. Some of these Americans are only 19.I hope war with Iran is never needed. It won't make America safer or for that matter any other country. If you want to be safer you have to look at the media. If a terrorist wanted to know how to build a primitive rocket all they have to do is watch American t.v. Mythbusters. The website telling folks the maths involved in building an atomic bomb came out of Florida.A completely open society is fine but when you have complete freedom of information you better check who is tuning in.You might debate if such freedom is wise.I no longer believe
it is after the Bali bombing that was done with homemade bombs.

We may not have a choice if Iran insists on being defiant over it's nuke program. Yes, it would make it more safe. No body loves war, but sometimes it's very necessary.

P.S. birdsnake is right. we don't send our troops. they've volunteered to go serve when, and where called.

If it didn't, we wouldn't be there.
Simple logic.

Good luck to your sons & daughters that are over there.
Bless them for volunteering and standing up for their country.
WE DON'T SEND THEM. THEY GO ON THEIR OWN.
YOU MUST BE A PROUD PARENT!!!!!!
(By the way, it's Iraq, not Iran.)
