The only problem with the world below, is that they can be used for many occasion. The word i am looking for is only used to describe the above.

You can look at it in a variety of ways. For example, it could be "biased" or "prejudiced" since it is based on opinion, not proof. "Preconceived notion" is another term that might be used. An unprovable statement could be considered "irrational".
