You can buy them at a used game trading store. they're everywhere. Also on PS2 and xbox. u can get the entire sonic collection on one disc. and they also have a disc with tons of atari games like pac man on it. i have both :) good luck !

Try ebay games, and game stores that sell older games. Flea markets also tend to have them too.
If you have a PS2, they've released a sega collection and Sonic Mega Collection +, both have sega games, sonic for mega collection and thirty different games on Sega collection. Both retail for $20.
