Hugh Grant has a distinctive jumping style. Some people have a similar jumping style, but nobody matches it.

Longer legs, stronger muscles (calves mostly), training.

if you want to learn how to jump higher, try running everyday (for a short period of that try running on the balls of your feet), 200-400 calf rises, 25 squats and maybe even wear ankle weights everywhere you go (take them off at night).
