i walked in on my parents "doing it"... they didnt see, i need to get it out of my head. what should i do! I mean it just disgusted me. Please help! By the way, im not a pervert..

Ya, walking in on your parents is kind of shocking. But it is totally natural for your parents to be doing it. But you need to find something else to think about. No, you are not a pervert. Just somebody at the wrong place at the wrong time. So relax about that as well. Look at the bright side your parents love each other.

Although maybe that wasn't something you really wanted to see, if that was the worst thing that happened today, then you've had a pretty good day I would say! Today, I had to say goodbye to someone who I don't know when I'll see again. I'd trade places with you in a minute....plus my mom died 4 years ago....so you could look at it that way....at least your parents are both alive and apparently doing well. Be thankful of that!

Just remember that this is a very natural act between two people that love each other. Some day you'll be doing the same. Be happy for them and don't look at it as being dirty. GOD made our bodies to enjoy such activities. To get it out of your mind well watch a good movie or go out with a friend to the mall.

Sounds crazy but find something else disgusting to look at. Like a gross video on the internet or something. Everytime your parents come into your mind, think on this other gross thing instead. Just go to youtube.com and search 'gross'. Eventually they severity of both visuals will cancel eachother out.

Oh man. This has happened to me before too. I couldn't get it out of my head for a while. Its gross haha. I really don't know what to tell you. Just try thinking about other things. It was really hard for me to forget about it. Sorryyy

Were your parents in their room? If so...did you knock on their door? If so...why didn't you wait for the reply? Tough man...you should be happy that your parents still love each other. Next time knock on the door wait for the reply and then go in their room...how old are you?

Just pretend it never happened. Try to clear your mind of it. Don't tell them you saw unless you wanna recieve a long (probably embarassing) talk fom them. Truthfully, you'll probably never forget about it.
