Get some B complex tablets in the health food department.or at a health food store. They will bump up your energy level.
But more important you need to learn why your not getting 7 or 8 hours of sleep a night.
If you are overweight at all, the fat layer in the neck area can cause serious sleep apnea. Have a Thyroid test run to check on the activity of your thyroid.
My Mother in Law had sleep apnea and slept about 3 hours a night for 20 to 30 years, she was always exhausted. After getting thyroid meds she lost 17 lbs and ALL of the sleep apnea disappeared. It was amazing. But she finally got normal nights of sleep.

The first thing you have to do is figure out how to get more sleep each night. Go to bed earlier if this the problem or if you have trouble sleeping longer than 4 hours then see the doc and get some help.

Have a sleep study done. You may have sleep apnea or restless leg syndrome. There are a number of things that interrupt sleep and they can actually increase your chances of being in an auto accident, raise your blood pressure and lead to heart attack. See a doctor and find a sleep center.

Get more protein in your diet in the morning (i.e. scrammbled eggs). There's those energy drinks but I don't know if they really work. If you find it hard to concentrate and often feel like your mind is a big pile of goo, REALLY try snacking on some protein-rich foods. Foods like cheese (stick with low-fat kinds), soy products, and lean poultry are great for making you feel alert, energized. "So if your brain's feeling a bit foggy, nibble on some low-cal string cheese, a veggie burger, or some boneless, skinless chicken breast. You may be thinking more clearly in no time. HG's HOT Snack Pick: Tasty Eats Soy Jerky in Hot N' Spicy. It's low in calories and fat (45 calories, <1g fat per serving), it's packed with soy protein, and it tastes GREAT! Available online, at Whole Foods and other markets that specialize in healthy or natural foods."

I have heard that little cat naps help reenergize you. Like a ten minute nap. Plus I have read that doing your room in certian colors can help.
