ok 2 days ago in skool i punched a locker and it hurt really bad after that. well now 2 days later it still hurts just not as bad, the thing that bothers me is that there is this muscle or bone or something that can move when u touch it. when u touch it on the other hand it dosn't move but this one it does. it is like connected to the pointer finger cause i can see it and it like moves. did i brake something cause i don't think it is supposed to move like that.

Broken bones symptoms include point tenderness (hurts right THERE) Localised swelling, instability in the part, discoloration. Delay of treatment can cause lots of damage because the broken bone is floating around like a couple broken bottles flailing around. = bleeding, nerve and tendons could be damaged, arthritis later.
Friend of mine delayed getting help after puching a forklift. He later lost the finger.

No, I believe if you broke something, it would hurt just as much now as it did when you punched the locker. I'd have to see what you're talking about your hand to give you advice about it. Best of luck to you.

Are you male??? Your Pic makes you look like a female. I didn't think females went around punching things. I thought that was just a guy thing.

Don't be surprised if it hurts for a long time. But I would consider going to a doctors office to have them look at it, you never know.

It's possible that you broke a carpal in your hand. Only an x-ray is going to tell you for sure, and you should have it looked at.

You need to get it checked at a clinic. No one could diagnose it from your info.
