i live with my boyfriend who is divorced 5 years ago and has 2 kids 10 and 6, his ex is a real witch and is determined to make his lif-and mine-hell. she looked in his phone once and saw love messages between us, she still loves him and wants to get back to him..so she took my number and called me pretending that she is his girlfriend and that he is cheating on us, i believed her, but then i found out that it all was a trick from her..now she is so mad that she wants to get revenge so she gave him his oldest son and now he is living with us {its actually his first night tonight] ... she is completely nuts and i am scared she can be dangerous.the reason she has done this is to see me and to make my life hell... what shall i do if i am going out of the house and she attacks me somehow?and if she wants to take his son from me? i am in the uk on a visa,i am a student... can she do something to me?? and who would be right if she takes us to court, she can invent any story to get me in ****

the only thing you can do at the minute is keep a diary of what happens, just facts. Don't move from facts. so tonight would read, phoned, said she was leaving son to stay, son arrived. etc

Make a note of everything she does to you.
It is unlikely that she will attack you, it is unlikely you will even bump into one another.
She can't make stuff up, the police and social services have been doing their jobs long enough to recognise lies when they hear them, that's all they get everyday.

Hope it works out

she has children with him was obviously with him a while and will take some time to get over him hes ok hes left the kids and got on with his life thats not so easy for her to do, shes put her son into his care not yours DONOT get left on your own with him as she may try and say you have abused him if its you shes trying to get at, she may wake up tommorrow morning and realise the prat your with aint worth giving her son up for and shell want her boy back( i refer to him as a prat because he walked out on two children leaving their mother in a state, he should have talked things through when the relationship went wrong and left her amicably as it is now those kids have no dad a mother at her wits end and you) you would be better off (and safer) moving out until he has faced his responsibilities and sorted his problems out hes not a man yet if he thinks things that dont work will just go away if you leave them, still be in a relationship but get out of his bed until he sorts his family out after all those kids should come first he has to make sure their mother is calm if not happy and stable so those kids can have some sort of dignity to grow up with, you think your getting a bad deal here hunny put yourself in that little boys shoes thats staying with you tonight, i hate it when people grow up they lose the ability to see through the eyes of a child, there are three adults in this equasion making a living hell and disturbing two little kids you all ought to be ashamed of yourselves and you missus you need to put your foot down and dont put up with other peoples mistakes

Well maybe the son is better of with you two. As far as the rest of your legal questions I would think that they are pretty simple just call and ask questions. Of course do not give any names.

OMG I'm pretty sure that a court would go on your side if you make a restraining order. Just give evidence that she is what you say she is.

OR

Tell her she had her chance with him and blew it (have a taser or something with you when you do this :-) )

Hope this helps
